Dr. Elizabeth Sherrell-Davis, or Dr. E., as she is affectionately known, has over forty-five years of extensive experience in business, government, non-profit, and private industries.

Dr. E. brings unparalleled expertise and insight to the coaching industry. Dr. E.’s educational journey is distinguished by her impressive qualifications: a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization and Management, a Master of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. This strong academic background forms the foundation of her successful career and supports her coaching methodologies. Since 2008, Dr. E. has taught business courses in diverse educational settings, including community colleges and prison reentry programs. In addition to her academic expertise, she has also completed the Lumia Advanced Life Coach program, further enhancing her qualifications.

Keithia Kirkaldy, is a seasoned instructional designer, eLearning developer, and LMS leader with deep experience delivering technology-enabled learning in complex healthcare and enterprise environments. Founder of iDesign eLearning, providing custom digital learning solutions “one eLearning at a time” for clients including GEI Consulting, The Sanctuary of Sacred Crowns, St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, and other organizations.

Keithia brings more than a decade of hands-on and strategic responsibility for large-scale LMS implementations and operations, including serving as Regional LMS Systems Manager, Senior Divisional LMS Administrator and Senior eLearning Curriculum Consultant for major health systems. She is an expert in Cornerstone OnDemand and end-to-end LMS administration—governance, configuration, assignments, reporting, content standards, and evaluation—paired with strong eLearning design skills using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and related tools. She is experienced in leading cross-functional teams, standardizing eLearning development processes, and building service level agreements, review workflows, and evaluation strategies that improve quality, consistency, and measurement of learning impact.

Keithia holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design of Online Learning, complemented by a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and ongoing professional development in areas such as AI, Photoshop, and IT service management.

Jodi Ann Batticks is a dedicated Executive Virtual Assistant based in Jamaica with over 10 years of experience in the administrative sector. She is passionate about helping executives and businesses remain productive, organized, and efficient. Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending quality time with her children and the calm nature of the seaside.
